BeyondTeamAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our platform, website, and related services.

a. Account Information
When you sign up or authenticate via Google, GitHub, TikTok, or other providers, we receive your name, email, and basic profile data.
b. Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the Service (features used, time spent, device details) to improve experience and reliability.
c. Content and Media
If you generate, upload, or publish content through our platform (e.g., AI-generated posts or videos), we process this data solely to deliver the requested functionality.
d. Payment Information
If you purchase a Pilot or subscription plan, payment details are securely processed by our payment processor, Whop, and any other payment processors we use. We do not store or process raw card numbers or other payment credentials.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Personalize experiences and recommendations.
- Manage subscriptions and payments.
- Communicate updates, promotions, or system notices.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Sharing
We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processors) under confidentiality agreements; with third-party APIs (TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube) only when you explicitly connect your account; and with legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and property. We do not sell or rent personal information.
You may also choose to connect BeyondTeamAI to supported external AI services, such as ChatGPT or Claude, through BeyondTeamAI's MCP interface. These connections are authenticated and tied to your own BeyondTeamAI account. When you authorize a connection, BeyondTeamAI exposes only the information needed to fulfill the actions you request, and the current external MCP tools provide read-only access to relevant BeyondTeamAI Growth information for your account. BeyondTeamAI does not give these connectors unrestricted access to your account. External providers may process the information you choose to share according to their own privacy policies and terms, and you are responsible for reviewing those third-party policies before connecting.
4. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored securely using Google Cloud Firestore and other industry-standard services. We apply encryption, restricted access, and monitoring to protect your information from unauthorized use or disclosure.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, improve performance, and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
6. Your Rights

We retain user data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

BeyondTeamAI is not directed to individuals under 16. If we become aware of data collected from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies acceptance.
